Terms of Service

Last updated 8 August 2026

KindCue is a free project that posts short wellness reminders. These terms are short because the service is small: there is nothing to buy, nothing to sign up for, and nothing to cancel.

1. What KindCue is

KindCue publishes brief, general wellness cues as short videos on social platforms, and hosts a single informational page at kindcue.app. It is operated by Gancho Iliev, United Kingdom.

By using kindcue.app or engaging with KindCue content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Not medical advice

Read this one properly

KindCue publishes general wellness cues. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, or professional health advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a treatment plan. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Always consult a doctor or an appropriately qualified professional before making changes to your health routine, particularly if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or recovering from injury. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read or watched here.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You use any suggestion at your own discretion and risk. KindCue makes no claim that any cue will produce a particular outcome for you.

3. Accuracy

Cues are written from generally accepted wellness guidance and are simplified deliberately for a short format. Simplification loses nuance. General guidance may not apply to your body, your history, or your situation, and the evidence behind any given claim may change. Content is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

4. Acceptable use

You may watch, share, and link to KindCue content freely. You may not:

5. Intellectual property

The KindCue name, wordmark, visual system, video compositions, and written cues are the property of the operator. Sharing on the platform where a post appears, using that platform's own share features, is expressly welcome. Everything else requires permission: hello@kindcue.app.

6. Third-party platforms and links

KindCue content is distributed through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and X. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not these. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.

7. Availability

KindCue is provided free and without any guarantee of availability. It may change, pause, or stop at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of KindCue or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. Short version: no cookies, no accounts, no data collected about you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
